Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscope combined with choledochoscope in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis with hepatolithiasis. Methods From August 2018 to August 2019, 80 patients with cholecystolithiasis and hepatolithiasis admitted to department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of the First People's Hospital of Jiujiang City were selected as the study objects. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated by traditional open surgery, and the observation group was treated with laparoscope combined and choledochoscope. The therapeutic effect, intraoperative bleeding volume, length of stay and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05). The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the length of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Laparoscope combined with choledochoscope is as effective as traditional open surgery in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis combined with hepatolithiasis, it can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and shorten the length of hospitalization, and it doesn't increase adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
