Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of Nervonic Acid combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride on the recovery period of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction at convalescence stage admitted to People's Hospital of Songzi from February 2017 to August 2018 were selected as subjects. They were divided into routine group and combined group by random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride, and the combined group was treated with Nervonic Acid combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride. The cognitive function, neurological deficit degree and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) scores between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After treatment, the MoCA scores of the two groups were higher than those of the group before treatment, and the scores of the combined group were higher In the routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of the National Institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those of the group before treatment, and the scores of the combined group Lower than the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). Conclusion Nervonic Acid combined with Flunarizine Hydrochloride can improve cognitive function of patients in recovery period of acute cerebral infarction, improve nerve function, safe and reliable.
