积极心理护理模式在精神分裂症康复期患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨积极心理护理模式在精神分裂症康复期患者中的应用效果。方法选取吉安市第三人民医院精神科2018年1月～2020年1月收治的90 例精神分裂症康复期患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（45 例）与观察组（45 例）。对照组施行常规护理，观察组在其基础上施行积极心理护理，比较两组的阳性与阴性症状评分（PANSS）、心理状态评分、生活质量评分。结果观察组护理后的PANSS、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理后的生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论积极心理护理可有效改善精神分裂症患者康复期的心理状况，缓解其精神症状，有利于提升其生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of positive psychological nursing mode in patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period. Methods A total of 90 cases of schizophrenic patients in rehabilitation period from January 2018 to January 2020 in the Third People′s Hospital of Ji′an City were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group (45 cases) and the observation group (45 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given positive psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The positive and negative symptom scores (PANSS), mental state scores, and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of PANSS, Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The score of quality of life in the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Positive psychological nursing can effectively improve the mental condition of patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation period, relieve their mental symptoms, and improve their quality of life.
