中药穴位贴在促进妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复及提高护理满意度中的作用

摘要目的研究中药穴位贴在促进妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复及提高护理满意度中的作用。方法选取2017年5月～2018年4月我院收治的90例妇科腹腔镜术后患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各45例。对照组采用术后常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上使用中药穴位贴。比较两组的术后腹胀发生率、胃肠功能恢复情况、护理总满意度。结果观察组的首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间和排便时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组术后的腹胀程度明显轻于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的护理总满意度为97.78%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在妇科腹腔镜术后患者的护理中予以中药穴位贴可促进其胃肠功能的恢复，减少腹胀的发生率，提高护理满意度。

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine on the recovery of gastrointestinal function and the improvement of nursing satisfaction in the operation of gynecological laparoscopic operation.Methods From May 2017 to April 2018,90 cases of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was used traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticker on the basis of conventional nursing.The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension,gastrointestinal function recovery and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first exhaust time,recovery time of bowel sound and defecation time were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of postoperative abdominal distension in the observation group was significantly lighter than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than that in the control group (80.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients after gynecological laparoscopy,acupoint paste of traditional Chinese medicine can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the occurrence of abdominal distension,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
