Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of PDCA nursing mode on improving sleep quality of psychiatric patients.Methods A total of 76 patients admitted to department of psychiatry in our hospital from February 2017 and July 2018 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by routine nursing methods.The observation group used PDCA.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index score and the self-rating sleep scale score of hospitalized patients were compared between the two groups.Results After the nursing intervention,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the sleep self-rating scale socre better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After implementing PDCA nursing mode,patients′sleep quality has been significantly improved.It can be seen that PDCA nursing mode has a high clinical application value.
