Abstract:Objective To study the influence factors of surgical nurses occupational exposure and safety protection countermeasures.Methods 105 cases of surgical nurses were selected as the research object from January 2012 to January 2015 in our department,research content were referenced by surgical nurses occupational exposure and security risk factors questionnaire,and were put forward targeted intervention countermeasures.Results The occupational exposure rate was 62.86%.The constituent ratios in different occupational exposure history,history of hepatitis b vaccination,working years,arrangement of APN shift,nurse job title,age of occupational exposure in occupational exposures had significant differences(P<0.05).Working years≤5 years,nursing title=nurses,age<25 years old were the independent risk factors for surgical nurses occupational exposure (P<0.05).Occupational exposure accident incidence included needle stick injuries accounted for 45.45%,sharp instrument injury accounted for 22.73%,chemical damage accounted for10.61%,physical injury accounted for10.61%,psychosocial hazards accounted for 10.61%,incidence of the needle stick injuries and sharp instrument injury were significant higher than that of the others(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhancing surgical nurses occupational safety protection consciousness and training,can reduce the risk of occupational exposure accidents,improve surgical nurses′ego protect consciousness and ensure occupational safety.
