APPlication effects observation of ProPofol combined with target -controlled infusion dezocine in gynecological laParoscoPic surgery with general anesthesia

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effects of propofol combined with target-controlled infusion dezocine in gynecological laparoscopic surgery with general anesthesia. Methods 91 cases gynecological laparoscopic surgery with general anesthesia patients from November 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in control group were given propofol combined with target-controlled infusion remifentanil.Patients in observation group were given propofol combined with target-controlled infusion dezocine.The hemodynamic index，anesthesia effects and the incidence rate of adverse effects at different times between two groups were compared. Results The MAP，HR，SaO2%and RR at T0between two groups had no obvious difference（P＞0.05）.The ΔMAP，ΔHR，ΔSaO2%and ΔRR in observation group at T1，T2，T3and T4were obvious lower than those in control group（P＜0.05）.The propofol usage amount，VAS score and incidence rate of adverse effects in observation group was respectively（413.1±18.4）mg，（3.15±0.35）and 4.3%，which was obvious lower than that in control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Propofol combined with target-controlled infusion dezocine can maintain the circulation stable effectively，decrease the usage amount of propofol，has less incidence rate of adverse effects and good analgesic effect.It is worth to popularize in clinic.
