Abstract:Objective To exp1ore the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with severe acute pancreatitis comp1icated with intestina1 para1ysis.Methods Random1y se1ected in January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospita1 received treatment of severe acute pancreatitis comp1icated with intestina1 para1ysis patients 52 cases as the study object,of a11 patients were random grouping,divided into the observation group and the contro1 group,26 cases of patients in the observation group,choose the comprehensive nursing intervention,26 cases of patients in the contro1 group,routine nursing method treatment intervention,after the end of the nursing of the patient's pain to1erance,patients recovery,support satisfaction and patient care effectiveness were compared and ana1yzed.Results After treatment in the treatment group transfer surgery patients,fasting time,hospita1ization time and first defecation time were significant1y better than that of contro1 group,there was statistica1 significance(P<0.05);after the treatment,the observation group of patients satisfaction with nursing for 100%patients in the contro1 group,the satisfaction was 69.23%,with the significant difference (P<0.05);after the comp1etion of treatment of patients in the observation group the tota1 effective rate was 92.31%,patients in the contro1 group the tota1 efficiency is 61.54%,the difference between groups was significant,with statistica1 significance (P<0.05);After 3 d treatment,the pain score of two groups were compared between groups,with statistica1 significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of acute severe pancreatitis comp1icated with intestina1 para1ysis c1inica1 effect is remarkab1e,and enhance the nursing satisfaction rate of patients and c1inica1 therapeutic effect and 1ess with the time of pain.It is worth of spreading.
