Abstract：Objective To exp1ore the inf1uence of treatment effect of nursing intervention in the irritab1e bowe1 syndrome.Methods 212 patients with irritab1e bowe1 syndrome and who accepted treatments in our hospita1 from March，2013 to May，2015 were se1ected，and according to the time sequence the patients were divided into two groups.In the contro1 group of 106 patients were received routine nursing care whi1e in the observation group，they were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention measures.Then，the treatment effect of two groups of patients were observed and the nursing situation were scored by the patients.Results There was statistica11y significant difference in the treatment of the tota1 effective rate between the observation group and the contro1 group of patients（P＜0.05），and nursing satisfaction scores of the patients in the observation group was significant1y higher than that of contro1 group，the difference was statistica11y significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention on irritab1e bowe1 syndrome has a high c1inica1 va1ue，and through the appointment of nursing，hea1th education，psycho1ogica1 nursing，comfort care，and dai1y operation，a number of interventions to discharge guidance，which can effective1y improve the c1inica1 symptoms and improve treatment comp1iance，thus it is worthy to be promoted in the c1inica1.
