摘要目的探讨预见性护理措施对糖尿病白内障患者围术期血糖控制的影响。 方法选取120例糖尿病白内障患者，将其随机分为观察组（n=60）与对照组（n=60），均采用白内障囊外摘除术并人工晶体植入术治疗，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予预见性护理，比较两组患者血糖水平、视力恢复情况及术后并发症发生率。 结果两组患者术前1 d FPG、2 h PG比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），术后7 d观察组显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后视力恢复优良率为95.0%，显著高于对照组的81.6%（P＜0.05）；观察组患者并发症发生率为8.3%，显著低于对照组的30.0%（P＜0.01）。 结论围术期预见性护理可有效控制糖尿病白内障患者血糖水平，减少术后并发症，改善治疗效果。
Abstract：Objective To explore the impact of predictive nursing measures on perioperative period glycemic control of patients with diabetic cataract.Methods 120 patients with diabetic cataract were random divided into observation group（n=60）and control group（n=60）.All patients were given extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation.Patients in control group were given routine nursing，and patients in observation group were given predictive nursing.The blood glucose level，vision recovery and incidence rate of postoperative complications in two groups were compared.Results The FPG and 2 h PG at one day before operation had no statistical significance between two groups（P＞0.05），which were obvious lower than that of control group at 7 days after operation （P＜0.05）.The postoperative vision recovery excellence rate in observation group was 95.0%，obvious higher than that was 81.6%in control group （P＜0.05）；The incidence rate of complications in observation group was 8.3%，obvious lower than that was 30.0%in control group（P＜0.01）.Conclusion Perioperative period predictive nursing can control the blood glucose level of patients with diabetic cataract effectively，decrease postoperative complications and improve treatment effects.
