摘要目的探讨非药物护理措施对学龄期儿童急性阑尾炎术后疼痛的影响。 方法选择2013年11月～2015年11月我院收治的患有急性阑尾炎疾病的学龄期儿童88例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各44例。对照组采用常规阑尾炎手术护理模式实施护理，观察组采用非药物护理措施实施护理。比较两组患儿术后下床活动时间和住院总时间、手术后当天和手术后3 d VAS疼痛评分的改善幅度、围手术期出现不良反应例数及家长对治疗期间的护理满意度。 结果观察组术后下床活动时间与住院总时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；手术后当天和手术后3 d VAS疼痛评分的改善幅度明显大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；在围手术期出现不良反应例数明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；家长对治疗期间的护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论应用非药物护理措施对患有急性阑尾炎疾病的学龄期儿童在接受手术治疗期间实施护理干预的临床效果非常明显，值得推广应用。
Abstract：Objective To elpore the clinical effects of non drug nursing measures nursing intervention on the treatment of school aged children with acute appendicitis.Methods 88 school aged children with acute appendicitis of our hospital from November 2013 to November 2015 were selected and were randomly divided into control group and observation group，each group was 44 cases.Child patients in control group were given routine appendicitis operation nursing mode and child patients in observation group were given non drug nursing measures.The time of off-bed，the total hospital stays，improvement in VAS pain scores at day 3 and day after surgery，adverse reactions in the perioperative period of appendicitis and parents'satisfaction with nursing service in the treatment of acute appendicitis operation after appendicitis operation between two groups were compared.Results The postoperative time of off-bed and total hospital stays in observation group were obvious shorter than that of control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）；The improvement in VAS pain scores at day 3 and day after surgery was obvious bigger than that of control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）；The adverse reactions in the perioperative period of appendicitis was obvious less than that of control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）；The parents′satisfaction with nursing service in the treatment of acute appendicitis operation was obvious higher than that of control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of using non drug nursing measures nursing intervention on the treatment of school aged children with acute appendicitis is very obvious，and it is worthy of aplication.
