Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the effects of continuity nursing on patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods120 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group,two groups were all received conventional diabetes drug treatment,the control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group were given continuous nursing mode,two groups of patients with compliance,blood glucose control level,quality of life,the incidence of satisfaction and hypoglycemia were compared.ResultsThe quality of life and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),the improvement of blood glucose control level was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05),and the incidence of hypoglycemia was lower than that of control group (P<0.05).ConclusionContinuity nursing intervention can help patients with diabetes to control blood glucose level better,improve patient quality,compliance and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
