Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of health education on self-nursing behavior of leukemia patients.Methods50 cases of leukemia patients who were treated from January 2015 to June 2016 were involved as the objects of this study and randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group.Conventional health education model was adopted in control group, while, targeted health education was used in observation group. The behavior of compliance with doctor′s advice,SAS(self-rating anxiety scale),SDS(self-rating depression scale)and self-care behavior of two groups were observed.ResultsThere was no statistically significant difference between pre-interventional behavior of compliance with doctor′s advice of two groups (P>0.05);the post-interventional behavior of compliance with doctor′s advice of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01).There was significant difference between pre-and post-interventional SAS and SDS score of observation group(P<0.01);there was no significant difference between the pre-and post-interventional SAS score and SDS score of control group(P>0.05);there was significant difference between the post-intervention SAS and SDS score of observation group and control group(P<0.01).The postinterventional self-care behavior of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01);there was statistically significant difference between the pre-and post-interventional self-care behavior of observation group and control group (P<0.05).ConclusionTargeted health education can effectively enhance the behavior of compliance with doctor′s advice of leukemia patients and improve the anxiety and depression of the patients, which promotes patients′self-care and is worth popularizing in clinical use.
