Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of comprehensive nursingmanagement on blood glucose control in gestational diabetesmellitus(GDM)patients.M ethods73 cases of GDM patients admitted from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospitalwere all primipara. The patientswere divided into observation group (40 cases)and control group(33 cases)according to random number tablemethod. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursingmanagementmode on the basis of the control group.Mainly including psychological intervention, exercise intervention, one to one guidance, prevention of infection, discharge guidance, postpartum guidance. The effect of nursing intervention in two groups were compared between two groups.ResultsThe rate of cesarean section, diabetesmellitus type 2 and abnormal glucose tolerance in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no significant differences among the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups (P>0.05);after intervention, the scores SAS and SDS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionComprehensive nursingmanagement intervention is beneficial to the rehabilitation of diseases and lower the rate of cesarean section.
