Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of different cardiac function of pregnancy complicated with heart disease on pregnancy outcome.Methods 220 cases of pregnancy complicated with heart disease in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study，the influence of different cardiac function on pregnancy outcome was studied.Results In this research，the condition of pregnancy complicated with heart disease was mainly manifested as cardiac arrhythmias and congenital heart disease，including 98 cases of pregnancy complicated with cardiac arrhythmias，which accounted for 44.55%，73 cases of pregnancy complicated with congenital heart disease，which accounted for 33.18%，the third was pregnancy with rheumatic heart disease patients，the others accounted for 10.91%.Further analysis，the cardiac function in patients with pregnancy complicated with arrhythmia was grade 1-2，in pregnancy with congenital heart disease patients，the grade of cardiac function both existed，among them，grade 1-2 were mostly.In this study，there was 1 patients with Eisenmenger′s syndrome during pregnancy，suddenly died in 5 d after delivery.There were 8 cases of patients with hypertensive heart disease，cardiac function was grade 3-4，there was no death patients.There were 15 cases of patients with perinatal cardiomyopathy，and the cardiac function was grade 4. Gestational week in different levels of cardiac function in patients with pregnancy was compared，the gestational week in the higher level of the heart function of pregnancy was shorter than that in the low level of pregnancy，with significant difference（P＜0.05），and the iatrogenic premature birth and perinatal mortality were significantly increased.Conclusion Patients with hypertensive heart disease，congenital heart disease and heart disease with cardiac function more than grad 3-4 were more common in the clinical center，which can increase the incidence rate of iatrogenic preterm labor and increase the mortality rate of pregnant women and perinatal infants.In this study，the heart function status of pregnant women with heart disease is closely related with the maternal and perinatal outcomes，which should be given attention in clinical.
