Evaluation of Ca2+lcium and phosphorusmetabolism disorders in maintenance hemodialysis patients treated by hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of Ca2+cium and phosphorusmetabolism disorder in maintenance hemod ialysis patients treated by hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion.Methods 78 patients with maintenance hemodialysis treated with Ca2+lcium and phosphorusmetabolism disorder in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,39 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with hemodialysis,and the experimental group were treated with hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion.Before and after treatment,the phosphorus,Ca2+lcium,Ca2+lcium phosphorus product,serum creatinine (SCr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN),intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH),BGP between two groups were compared. Results After 6 months of treatment,the patients in the experimental group with phosphorus(1.97±0.35)mmol/L,Ca2+lcium and phosphorus product(54.51±10.01)mmol2/L2,SCr(719.27±15.21)mmol/L,BUN(17.28±2.17)g/L were significantly lower than the control group with P(2.21±1.34)mmol/L,Ca2+lcium and phosphorus product(62.21±10.46)mmol2/L2,SCr(826.28±80.64)μmol/L,BUN(18.39±1.17)g/L,and the content of Ca2+(2.58±1.00)mmol/L was significantly higher than(2.11±0.19)mmol/L in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experimental group of patients with BGP(251.67±35.14)μg/L,iPTH(978.73±200.33)mmg/L was significantly lower than the control group with BGP(279.57±25.46)μg/L,iPTH(1100.01±190.17)mmg/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined hemodialysis and blood filling flow onmaintenance hemodialysis and with Ca2+lcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder in patients with treatment,but in Ca2+,P,Ca2+phosphorus product,SCr,bun,BGP,iPTH,laboratory indexeswere significantly improved.Short term clinical effect is good.
