Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of treatment effect of comprehensive nursing care on infantile bronchitis. Methods 100 patients of bronchitis from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital for clinical treatmentwere selected as the research object，according to random number tablemethod were divided into two groups，each group has 50 cases respectively，two groups bronchitis children were given conventional clinical treatment，and the control group children were given routine nursing care，the research group children were given comprehensive care，nursing care satisfaction effect and the parents of the patients of the two groups bronchitis children were compared.Results The average time for body temperature back to normal of the research group children was （1.47±0.23）d，compared to the control group children（3.62±0.65）d，with the significant difference（P＜0.05），the clinical total effective rate of the research group children was 96.00%，compared to the control group（84.00%），with the significant difference（P＜0.05），the parents nursing satisfaction of the research group children was 94.00%，compared to the control group （82.00%），with the significant difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The effect of children with bronchitis implement comprehensive nursing on the basis of conventional treatment is good，it can help the patient′s body temperature back to normal，and parents care satisfaction is higher.
