Abstract：Objective To investigate the anesthesia of pediatric neurosurgery.Methods Anesthesia methods used in the management of 69 cases of pediatric neurosurgery from January 2013 to June 2015 were retrospectively studied.To visit before anesthesia and fasting,anesthesia induction,airway management,intraoperative monitoring,maintain anesthesia, intraoperative fluid and electrolyte management method,the prognosis of children were observed.Results 1 case after cardiac arrest in the successful rescue,prognosis was good;1 case of postoperative death,the procedures of other cases were successfully carried out.Conclusion The risk of pediatric neurosurgery anesthesia is big,Pediatric neurosurgery anesthesia risk big,the anesthesia from preoperative assessment,intraoperative airway,circulation,brain protection,temperature control and disease itself various aspects accurate judgment,timely treatment,to reduce the incidence of perioperative complications and mortality is important.
