Objective To explore Ziprasidone treatment of schizophrenia and nursing adverse effects. Methods 80 patients with schizophrenia from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were treated，according to double-blind method were divided into two groups，the control group was received Ziprasidone for treatment，the observation group was received nursing intervention，efficiency，satisfaction and adverse eventswere observed.Results The efficient of observation group was higher than that of control group，the difference was significant（P＜0.01）；degree of satisfaction of observation group was better than that of control group，the difference was significant（P＜0.05）；the reactions incidence of control group was significantly higher than that of observation group，the difference was significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Ziprasidone combined nursing intervention in the treatment of schizophrenia，the clinical effect is better，not only can improve treatment efficiency and satisfaction，but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients，it has important clinical value.
