Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of intravascular interventional embolization in the treatment of cerebral vascularmalformation. Methods 60 cases with cerebral vascularmalformation treated by our hospital from February 2012 to February 2015 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group (n=30).Control group was given the treatment of abnormal vascular surgery, and observation group was treated by intravascular interventional embolization. The operation time, blood loss during operation, incidence of complication and recovery after treatment between two groups was compared respectively. Results Compared with control group, the operation time was shorter, blood loss during operation was fewer, incidence rate of complication was lower and recovery after treatmentwas better in observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion Intravascular interventional embolization in the treatment of cerebral vascularmalformation can improve the operation index of patients, reduce the complication,it isworthy of promotion and reference.
