肾炎康复片治疗原发性局灶节段硬化肾小球肾炎的临床观察

摘要目的观察肾炎康复片治疗原发性局灶节段硬化肾小球肾炎的临床效果。方法选取2012年6月～2014年7月我院临床表现为原发性慢性肾小球肾炎、肾脏穿刺病理为局灶节段硬化的61例患者为研究对象，根据患者被确诊的顺序分为治疗组（31例）及对照组（30例）。治疗组在常规剂量贝那普利或者替米沙坦的基础上给予肾炎康复片，5片/次，3次/d，对照组给予常规剂量贝那普利或者替米沙坦，比较两组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白及肾功能变化。结果治疗后，治疗组24 h尿蛋白定量为（1079±843）mg，较对照组的（1840±976）mg明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；治疗组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量较治疗前明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。治疗组有效率（87.1%）高于对照组（63.3%）（P＜0.01）。结论肾炎康复片治疗原发性局灶节段硬化性肾小球肾炎有效。

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Shenyankangfu Tablets in treatment of patients with primary focal segemental glomerulosclerosis（FSGS）. Methods From June 2012 to July 2014，61 patients diagnosed as primary FSGS in our hospitalwere divided into treatmentgroup（31 cases）and control group（30 cases）according to the order of diagnosis. Patientsin the treatmentgroupwere treatedwith Shenyankangfu Tabletsbased on routine doseofBenazaprilor Telmisartan，5 tablets/time，3 times/d，while patients in the control group were treated with　conventional dose of Benazapril or Telmisartan.Results Urine protein value in 24 hours after treatment in the treatment group was　（1079±843）mg，improved greatly than（1840±976）mg in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.01）；urine protein value in 24 hours in the treatment group after treatmentwas significantly reduced than that before treatment，and the differencewas statistically significant（P＜0.01）.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.1%，higher than 63.3%in the control group（P＜0.01）.Conclusion Shenyankangfu Tablets is effective in treatment of primary FSGS.
