Abstract：Objective To study and determine the reference range of urinary sediment of healthy adults in the region usingⅠQ200 urine sediment analyzer.Methods The normal urine samples from 2225 healthy subjects in our hospital from September 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects,the HT-2000 urine dry chemistry analyzer and urine microscopic examination of two kinds of centrifugal method were used,white blood cells,red blood cells,the transparent tube type was detected byⅠQ200 urine sediment analyzer.The difference between 3 age groups at 21-40,41-60,more than 60 years old and the differences between different genders were compared.Percentile method was used to determine the scope of the three indicators of the reference.Results There was no significant difference in the count of red blood cells,white blood cells,the transparent tube type of different age groups of the male and female(P＞0.05).There was significant difference in the count of red blood cells,white blood cells among different age groups of the male and female(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the count of the transparent tube type among different age groups of the male and female(P＞0.05).ⅠQ200 urine sediment analyzer in the 95%confidence interval of the reference range was that the count of red blood cells and white blood cells in male was 0-11/μl,0-12/μl respectively; the count of red blood cells and white blood cells in female was 0-12/μl,0-19/μl respectively.The count of the transparent tube type in the male and female was 0-1/μl.Conclusion The reference range of urinary sediment established in this study is authentic,which can be used in the practical work,and can provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis and curative effect observation of clinical diseases.
