Abstract:Recently it has been shown that there is a close correlation between red blood cell distribution width(RDW), mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet volume distribution width(PDW)and coronary heart disease in the occurrence,development as well as prognosis.Accordingly,a new door for the clinical diagnosis and treatment can be opened by evaluating RDW,MPV and PDW as a new independent factor.The correlative study between RDW,MPV,PDW and coronary heart disease was focally discussed in this paper.
