Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation training on the recovery of post-PCI(percutaneous coronary intervention)patients. Methods Altogether 100 patients who underwent PCI in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided according to different rehabilitation training approaches into two groups, with 50 cases in each group.Patients who underwent conventional rehabilitation training were grouped as control group;while patients who accepted early rehabilitation training were grouped as observation group. The LOS (length of stay),recovery of cardiac functions, incidence of adverse reactions and QOL(quality of life)score were compared between the two groups of post-PCI patients. Results The LOS[(13.14±2.72))d],cardiac function indexes at postoperative 1 year, incidence of adverse reactions (2%)and QOL score of observation group were significantly better than those of control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of early rehabilitation training in post-PCI patients can significantly improve the recovery effect of cardiac functions and reduce the incidence of complication, which has important significance to enhance patients′quality of life and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
