Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the risk factors of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.MethodsFrom May 2014 to May 2016,clinical data of 130 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The children were divided into two groups according to whether they had extra-pulmonary manifestations∶group 1(extra-pulmonary manifestation group and group 2(non-extra-pulmonary manifestation group),the differences of sex, age, body temperature, slice inspection and laboratory examination results were analyzed, and the risk factors of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia The Logistic regression analysis was used to determine the risk factors of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.ResultsAmong the 130 children with Mycoplasmal pneumonia,50 cases (38.46%)were extra-pulmonary manifestation and 80 cases(61.54%)did not appear extra-pulmonary manifestation.Digestive system, nervous system and urinary system were more common;gender, the proportion of body temperature>38℃and fever period>10 d of children in the two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).There were significant differences in age,MP-IgM,neutrophil count,WBC count and CRP between the two groups(P<0.05),which were independent risk factors of external manifestations for children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (P<0.05).ConclusionAge,MP-IgM,neutrophil count, peripheral blood WBC count and CRP are the risk factors of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia children with pulmonary manifestations, and should pay attention.
