Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze clinical efficacy of recurrent oral ulcers treated by immune agents Levamisole hydrochloride with topical rb-bFGF(recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor).Methods130 patients with recurrent oral ulcers from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to treatment around,65 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were treated by Levamisole hydrochloride tablets with rb-bFGF sterile topical sprays, patients in control group were treated by Lvamisole hydrochloride.CD3+,CD4+,CD8+cells in T lymphocytes;helper T lymphocytes(helper T cell Th),Th1(IFN-γ,TNF-α, IL-2),Th2(IL-4,IL-6,IL-10)in the serum and the clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment, the clinical effects of Levamisole hydrochloride tablets with rb-bFGF topical was analyzed for patients with recurrent oral ulcers.ResultsCD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+of T lymphocytes in patients of observation group were significant differenres before and after treatment(P<0.01),no significant difference in the control group after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).The helper T lymphocytes, Th1(IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-2),Th2(IL-4,IL-6,IL-10),IFN-γ/IL-4 in observation group were significant differences before and after treament(P<0.01),in addition to IL-6 was significant differece in the control group(P<0.01),others were no significant differences(P>0.05).After treatment,INF-α,IL-6,were no significant differences, others were significant differenles (P<0.05).Clinical total effective rate was 92.08%,the recurrence rate of 9.23%in observation group, the control group was 73.85%,the recurrence rate of 36.92%,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).ConclusionTreatment by Levamisole hydrochloride tablets with b-bFGF topical can effectively improve T lymphocyte subsets and serum helper T lymphocytes expressing for the patients with recurrent oral ulcers and reduce their the recurrence rate.
