Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing care in elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.MethodsAltogether 44 elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2016 were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the control group, with 22 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing care;while the control group was treated with conventional nursing. The length of hospital stays and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsThe length of hospital stays in the observation group[(20.14±1.53)d]was shorter than that in the control group[(27.45±2.07)d],the nursing satisfaction(100.0%)was higher than that in the control group(81.8%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionComprehensive nursing has very obvious clinical nursing effect in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, can shorten the length of stay and improve patients′recovery rate and satisfaction degree, which is worthy of clinical application.
