Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of high quality nursing in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 142 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in department of neurosurgery of our hospital from November 2013 to November 2016 were selected and they were divided into the control group and observation group, and there were 71 cases in each group. The control group received routine department of neurosurgery nursing intervention, while the observation group received high quality nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The curative effect, the satisfaction degree of the nursing service mode during the treatment period, the total hospitalization time and the incidence of adverse reactions during the perioperative period of patients between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the satisfaction degree of the nursing service mode during the treatment period was higher than that of the control group, and the total hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.82%during the perioperative period, which was lower than that in the control group(11.27%)(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing given in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can control the disease in a short period of time, prevent adverse reactions after operation, reduce the incidence of rebleeding event, improve the treatment effect and satisfaction degree of nursing service patients.
