Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention on the community of elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods350 elderly patients with chronic diseases be investigated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were delected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the single and double number order and the principle of double blind,with 175 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,while patients in the observation group were given the comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients were compared between two groups.ResultsThe nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,The scores of social environment,the quality of life,survival quality,mental health,physical health and the total score of quality of life were all higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionIn elderly patients with chronic diseases in community,the comprehensive nursing intervention can improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction,enhance the capacity of the body.It is worthy of clinical application.
