Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of health belief model on patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery.MethodsThe clinical data of 92 patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery in department of general surgery from January 2014 to December 2016 were analyzed.All the patients were divided into two groups according to the implementation of health belief model:there were 42 cases in control group and 50 cases in healthy belief model group.The pain index score and Spitzer physical quality of life index (PQLI)score before and after nursing of patients with hepatobiliary surgery in the two groups were observed.The patients′awareness rate of health education and the degree of nursing satisfaction of patients with hepatobiliary surgery in the two groups were observed.ResultsThere were no statistical difference of pain index score and Spitzer PQLI score of patients with hepatobiliary surgery before nursing between the two groups (P>0.05).After nursing,the pain index score of two groups was significantly lower than that before nursing,while Spitzer PQLI score of two groups was higher than that before nursing,and the pain index score of health belief model group was significantly lower than that of control group,Spitzer PQLI score of health belief model group was higher than that of control group,and the patients′awareness rate of health education and the degree of nursing satisfaction of health belief model group were higher than those of control group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of health belief model in patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery can relieve postoperative pain,improve the quality of life,health education awareness and nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
