Abstract:Objective To explore the short-term effect of bi-level positive airway pressure (BiPAP) in the treatment of pneumoconiosis with pulmonary heart disease. Methods A total of 60 patients with pneumoconiosis and pulmonary heart disease who were admitted to Lianhua County People′s Hospital from July 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the observation group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with meglumine cyclic adenosine monophosphate, and the observation group was given BiPAP on the basis of conventional treatment in the control group. The total effective rate and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the oxygenation index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the degree of lower limb edema and the content of arterial blood carbon dioxide were lower than that of the control group, and the hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion BiPAP has a significant short-term effect in the treatment of pneumoconiosis with pulmonary heart disease, which can improve the symptoms and heart and lung functions of patients and is worthy of promotion.
