Abstract:Objective To explore the value of digital X-ray imaging system(DR)chest radiograph combined with highfrequency CT(HRCT)in the diagnosis of occupational pneumoconiosis.Methods A total of 45 patients with occupational pneumoconiosis diagnosed in Qingyuan Chronic Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital from January 2018 to September 2020 were retrospectively selected as the research subjects,and all were examined by DR chest radiograph and HRCT.The display rates of P shadow,small shadow and large shadow,identification of disease stages,and the coincidence rate of related complications were compared by DR chest radiograph,HRCT examination alone and combined.The imaging quality was compared between DR chest radiograph and HRCT alone.Results The display rate of P shadow of DR chest radiograph combined with HRCT(80.00%)was higher than that of HRCT and DR chest radiograph(60.00%,42.22%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The display rate of small shadow of DR chest radiograph combined with HRCT and HRCT(22.22%,17.78%)was higher than that of DR chest radiograph(2.22%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall coincidence rate of DR chest radiograph combined with HRCT and HRCT in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis(100.00%,93.33%)was higher than that of DR chest radiograph(71.11%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of DR chest radiograph combined with HRCT to differentiate stage Ⅰpneumoconiosis(57.78%)was higher than that of DR chest radiograph(35.56%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The coincidence rates of DR chest radiograph combined with HRCT and HRCT in the identification of emphysema,pleural thickening,pneumothorax,and bullae were higher than those of DR chest radiograph,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The imaging quality of HRCT was higher than that of DR chest radiograph,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of DR chest radiograph and HRCT in the diagnosis of occupational pneumoconiosis can improve the display rate of P shadow and the accuracy of disease staging and complication identification.
