Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy of Tetrandrine in the treatment of pulmonary dust disease and its influence on immune function.MethodsFrom December 2013 to December 2015,70 patients with pulmonary dust disease were enrolled in our hospital and divided into control group (n=35)and experimental group (n=35)in random. In the control group,Xifeining Tablets were used, while in the experimental group,Tetrandrine was adopted. The clinical effect, incidence rate of upper respiratory infection and pulmonary infection, and immunity index between two groups were compared.ResultsIn the control group, the total effective rate was 74.29%,and it was much lower than that in the experimental group accounting(97.14%)(P<0.05).After therapy,CD4 was greatly increased and CD8 was decreased in the experimental group while in the control group,CD4 and CD8 were not displayed statistical difference compared with before treatment and there was a significant difference of CD4 and CD8 between two groups(P<0.05).The incidence rate of upper respiratory infection and pulmonary infection rate was 54.29%and 28.57%respectively,and it was much higher than those in the experimental group(28.57%,5.71%)(P<0.05).ConclusionTetrandrine in the treatment of pulmonary dust disease can remarkably alleviate cough, chest pain, and shortage of breath of patients, improve immunity function for patients, and decrease the occurrence rate of upper respiratory infection and pulmonary infection.
