Abstract:Objective To study the effect of three-dimensional(3D)nursing management model on the quality of prehospital emergency care for critically-ill patients. Methods Altogether 80 critically-ill patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, including routine group and 3D group. The routine nursing management mode was adopted as the pre-hospital emergency care in routine group while, the 3D nursing management model was taken for patients in 3D group. The rescue success rate, the incidence of medical disputes, and patients, their families and emergency doctors′evaluation of pre-hospital nursing service satisfaction as well as the difference between pre-hospital emergency nurses′emergency consciousness score, rapid response ability score and healthcare staff coordination score were compared. Results Patients in 3D Group had higher rescue success rate and lower incidence of medical disputes than routine group (P<0.05);the patients, their families and emergency doctors′evaluation of pre-hospital nursing service satisfaction in 3D group was higher than that of Routine group (P<0.01);the pre-hospital emergency nurses′emergency consciousness score, rapid response ability score and healthcare staff coordination score of patients in 3D group were higher than those of routine group(P<0.01).Conclusion The threedimensional nursing management model has great influence on the quality of pre-hospital emergency care for critically-ill patients and can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of pre-hospital emergency nursing staff, the rescue success rate as well as the patients, their families and emergency doctors′satisfaction of pre-hospital nursing service, which plays a remarkable role in avoidance of the occurrence of medical disputes and is worthy of promotion.
