Abstract：Objective To analyze the key points of electrocardiogram diagnosis of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 260 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected.All patients were analyzed by 12 lead electrocardiogram,and all other clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results The pulmonary Pwave was detected in 174 cases(66.9%),abnormal PTFV1 in 81 cases(31.0%),130 cases(50.0%)in the right axis,56 cases(24.3%)in low voltage,and 138 cases in the clockwise transposition(53.1%).Arrhythmia in 156 cases(60.0%),common in atrial arrhythmia,ST-T changes 80 cases(30.8%).Conclusion The electrocardiogram of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease has certain characteristics.According to the patients′symptoms,signs and laboratory tests,combined with the characteristic changes of electrocardiogram,it is valuable for the diagnosis and treatment of cor pulmonale.
