Abstract:Objective To compare the application and value of conventional and dynamic electrocardiogram (ECG)in the diagnosis of children with viral myocarditis(VMC).Methods From March 2017 to March 2018,120 children with suspected VMC were selected as experimental subjects. They were all performed with conventional and dynamic ECGs.After that, the specificity and sensitivity, diagnostic accuracy, missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis rate, and accuracy in image features of the two diagnostic methods were compared. Results The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, diagnostic accuracy of atrioventricular block in degreeⅠ,and diagnostic accuracy of ventricular premature beatsby dynamic ECGwere 95.00%,95.00%,95.45%,and 95.45%,which were higher than those by the conventional ECG diagnosis, accounting for 75.00%,65.00%,81.82%,and 81.82%respectively with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiographic examination in children with VMCis of high value to increase the clinical diagnostic accuracy.
