Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of Amiodarone in patients with rapid arrhythmia in emergency coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 100 CHD patients with tachyarrhythmia who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the study subjects.By random section, conventional therapy was used in control group, and Amiodarone was adopted in experimental group. The efficacy, adverse reactions, blood pressure, heart rate levels, and electrocardiograph (ECG)monitoring results were compared between the two groups. Results The total effectiveness rate in the experimental group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).In the experimental group, after therapy, the levels of blood pressure and heart rate were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05).In the experimental group, the test results during Q-T interval and P-R interval by ECG were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with tachyarrhythmia in CHD undergoing amiodarone treatment are safe and effective, which has positive significance for improving their prognosis.
