Effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on compliance in the whole course of rabies vaccination

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on the compliance in the whole course of rabies vaccination.Methods From January to October 2019,a total of 100 rabies patients who were vaccinated in the Vaccination Clinic of Legang Health Center of Leping City were selected as the study objects.By using the random number table method,they were divided into the group A (n=50,routine nursing intervention) and group B (n=50,cognitive behavior intervention).The compliance rate,vaccination knowledge awareness rate and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance rate of group B was higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The awareness rate of vaccination knowledge of group B was higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction of group B was higher than that of group A,and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of cognitive behavioral intervention in the whole course of rabies vaccination can improve the compliance rate of patients,facilitate them to understand more vaccination knowledge and improve their satisfaction to vaccination work.
