Practice and thinking of flipped classroom combined with students′ independent small lectures in standardized training of clinical pathology specialists

Abstract:Pathological diagnosis as the "gold standard" of disease diagnosis, provides guarantee for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of patients, so the training of talents in clinical pathology has become the focus of recent attention.Will flip combined with students′ small lecture class, under the help of the network information resources, the application in the teaching of the clinical pathology specialist standardization training, training according to the theme of the given class teachers, doctors, independent data access and PPT courseware lecture independently, teachers interact with students after class discussion, unriddling, realize the internalization of knowledge.The results showed that the teaching mode of flipped classroom combined with students′ autonomous small lectures could improve the clinicopathological thinking ability and autonomous learning ability of specialized doctors.The combination of the two could make up for each other′s shortcomings and give full play to their respective advantages.This is a very effective teaching model for clinical pathology training.
