Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of mini clinical practice evaluation teaching method in nursing intern training.Methods A total of 46 nursing interns in the Department of Gastroenterology of Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang University from July 2018 to may 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 23 cases in each group.The two groups of nursing students were trained in professional theory and nursing skills.The observation group adopted the teaching method combining medical care and mini clinical practice evaluation, and the control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching method of one belt.The internship lasted for 10 months.After the internship,the academic performance, skills assessment, comprehensive ability and satisfaction with the training mode of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and skill scores of nursing interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of comprehensive ability assessment of nursing interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, including nursing procedure application ability, communication and cooperation ability, health education ability, operation skills,autonomous learning ability and professional attitude, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of mini clinical practice evaluation teaching method under the mode of combination of doctors and nurses can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge and skill scores of nursing interns, enhance the comprehensive ability of nursing interns, and improve teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and use.
