Abstract： Objective To observe the nursing effect of strengthening health cognition mode in patients with gallstone.Methods A total of 160 cases of patients with gallstones treated in People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected, they were divided into two groups according to random number table method, 80 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing mode,the experimental group was given strengthening health cognitive model, nursing effect, the gallbladder contraction function, anal exhaust time, length of hospital stay and postoperative satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there were no significant differences in gallbladder contraction function, anal exhaust time, hospitalization time, and postoperative satisfaction between the two groups, and the difference were not statistically significant (P＞0.05). After nursing, the gallbladder contraction function of the experimental group was batter than that of the control group, the time of anal exhaust and hospitalization were shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the total satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Strengthening health cognition model has a significant nursing effect in patients with gallstones, and it is safe. More popularization and application can help improve the nursing effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
