Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of 1.5T multimodal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods From December 2016 to December 2019, a total of 120 patients with endometrial cancer in traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jingzhou City were selected as the research objects, all of them underwent multimodal MRI examination. The multi-modal MRI findings of endometrial carcinoma were observed with postoperative pathological results as the gold standard. Results T1 weighted images (T1WI) + T2 weighted images(T2WI), T1WI+T2WI+diffuse-weighted imaging (DWI), and T1WI+T2WI+DWI+dynamical contrast-enhanced MRI(DCE-MRI) were 53.33%, 63.33%, and 83.33%, respectively, in the preoperative staging of endometrial cancer. The accuracy of T1WI+T2WI+DWI+DCE-MRI in endometrial cancer staging was higher than that of T1WI+T2WI and T1WI+T2WI+DWI, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Multimodal MRI (T1WI+T2WI+DWI+DCE-MRI) has a good effect in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma staging, which is worthy of clinical application.
