Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of multisice computed tomography (MSCT) and digital radiography(DR)in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.Methods A total of 75 patients with peripheral lung cancer admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Shenyang from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and multi-slice spiral CT and DR examination were performed respectively.The clinical diagnostic rate and TNM staging coincidence rate of the two methods were compared.Results The detection rates of lobulation sign, cavity sign, burr sign, vacuole sign and bronchus sign, pleural effusion, spinous process, mediastinal lymph node enlargement and pleural indentation sign in 64 slice MSCT were higher than those in DR, with statistical differences (P<0.05).The clinical diagnostic rate of 64 slice MSCT in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer(90.6667%)was higher than that of DR(70.6667%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate of 64 slice MSCT (90.6667%) was higher than that of DR (65.3333%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The 64-slice MSCT can clearly show the signs of patients with peripheral lung cancer.The detection rate of peripheral lung cancer is relatively high, and the diagnostic coincidence rate for clinical TNM staging is relatively high, which is of great value for the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.
