三味温中包对虚寒型胃脘痛患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响

摘要目的分析三味温中包对虚寒型胃脘痛患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年11月—2020年11月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九六八医院收治的96 例虚寒型胃脘痛患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组（48 例）和参照组（48 例）。参照组患者采用常规西药治疗，观察组患者在参照组基础上采用三味温中包治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、生活质量评分量表（WHOQOL）评分、不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率（95.83%）高于参照组（70.83%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组脘腹胀满、嗳气呃逆、口淡喜温症状积分低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组WHOQOL 评分高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组不良反应总发生率（8.33%）与参照组（6.25%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论三味温中包可有效缓解虚寒型胃脘痛患者临床症状，提高生活质量，且不良反应较少。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of Sanwei Wenzhong Bao on clinical efficacy and quality of life in patients with epigastric pain with the syndrome of deficiency cold. Methods A total of 96 patients with epigastric pain identified as syndrome of deficiency cold in the 968th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People′s Liberation Army from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into an observation group (48 cases) and a control group (48 cases) by a random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine, while patients in the observation group were treated with Sanwei Wenzhong Bao on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, the World Health Organization quality of life (WHOQOL) score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical overall response rate (95.83%) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group accounting for 70.83% (P<0.05). The symptom scores of abdominal distension and fullness, hiccough and belching, tastelessness with preference for warmth of the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). The WHOQOL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group (8.33%) and the control group (6.25%) (P>0.05). Conclusion Sanwei Wenzhong Bao can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with epigastric pain identified as syndrome of deficiency cold and improve the quality of life with fewer adverse reactions.
