摘要总结成功救治的1例食管癌术后并发肺动脉栓塞患者的护理体会，包括早期识别和护理要点。本文通过对该患者生命体征监测及病情观察，及时实施具有针对性地且有效的干预措施，如用药管理、疼痛管理与心理干预、有效气道管理、经鼻高流量氧疗护理、下腔静脉滤器植入手术后护理、营养护理及预防措施落实。该患者经及时救治、精准治疗和精心护理后，病情恢复良好，于入重症监护病房16 d 后，成功转回普通病房继续治疗，6 d 后该患者顺利出院。
Abstract：This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with pulmonary embolism after successful treatment of esophageal cancer,including early identification and nursing points.Based on the monitoring of the patient′s vital signs and observation of the patient′s condition,timely implementation of targeted and effective intervention measures,such as medication management,pain management and psychological intervention,effective airway management,nasal high-flow oxygen therapy nursing,nursing after implantation of lower vena cava filter,nutritional care and preventive measures.After timely treatment,precise treatment and careful nursing,the patient recovered well.After 16 days in intensive care ward,the patient was successfully transferred to the general ward for further treatment.After 6 days,the patient was discharged smoothly.
