Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor training in postpartum rehabilitation nursing of primipara. Methods A total of 98 cases of primipara who were admitted to Jingdezhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Jiangxi Province from May 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the odd-even method, they were divided into the control group (49 cases) and the observation group (49 cases). The control group received conventional nursing and the observation group used rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor training. The quality of life， sleep quality, mental state score,complication rate, and postpartum recovery time were compared between the two groups. Results The time of lochial,the time of first urination, and the time of lactation of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Before the intervention, the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores of two groups, the differences had no statistical significance (P＞0.05)； after the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Before the intervention, the quality of life scores of the two groups were not significantly different (P＞0.05); the quality of life score of the observation group after the intervention was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor training in postpartum rehabilitation nursing of primipara can effectively shorten the postpartum rehabilitation time, improve the patients′ quality of life and negative emotional state, and control the incidence of complications. It is worthy of popularization and application.
