Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of multi-dimensional crisis control nursing on the coping style and mental health of patients with acute cholecystitis surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent acute cholecystitis surgery in Fuzhou First People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province from January 2017 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received multi-dimensional crisis control nursing. The psychological status and coping styles of the two groups were compared. Results Compared self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores, facing, avoiding, and yielding scores of the two groups before nursing, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05); after nursing, the SAS, SDS, avoidance and yield scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Multi-dimensional crisis control nursing for patients with acute cholecystitis surgery can improve their psychological status and coping styles, and is worthy of use.
