Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 98 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to our department from February to December 2018 were selected as subject of study.They were divided into control group(n=49)and observation group(n=49)according to random number table method,49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The effect,and the scores of anxiety and depression before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%,higher than that of the control group accounting for 79.59%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in anxiety or depression score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the effect of patients with peptic ulcer combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,and improve their anxiety and depression.
