Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with cervical cancer surgery.Methods A total of 90 cases of cervical cancer patients were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected.Patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method, 45 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was performed on the control group;rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention was performed on the experimental group.The improvement of psychological anxiety and depression, the recovery of the patients (the time of first eating, exhausting, defecation, the time of getting out of bed;the time of recovery of gastrointestinal function), the total incidence of postoperative complications, and the proportion of nursing satisfaction between of patients the two groups were compared.Results The scores of depression self-assessment (SDS) and anxiety self-evaluation scale (SAS) were lower in the two groups than those before nursing(P <0.05), and the scores of SAS, SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The time of first eating, exhaust, defecation, the time of getting out of bed and the recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), the probability of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The proportion of total nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with cervical cancer surgery is beneficial to improve the occurrence of patients′ bad psychology, promote recovery of patients′ recovery period, reduce the occurrence of complications, and the degree of satisfaction of patients with nursing was improved.
