心理护理干预在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探析心理护理干预对乳腺癌患者的影响。方法选取2016年7月～2019年6月在我院治疗的60例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组（n=30）和观察组（n=30）。对照组接受常规护理，观察组实施常规护理+心理护理干预，比较两组的治疗总依从性、负面情绪评分、患者满意度及生活质量评分。结果观察组治疗总依从性高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组护理前健康知识知晓程度评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组护理后健康知识知晓程度评分高于护理前，观察组健康知识知晓评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组护理后焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪评分低于护理前，观察组护理后焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪评分低于对照组，差异均统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对乳腺癌患者实施心理护理干预可获得理想效果，可缓解患者的负面情绪，提高患者护理满意度；可提高治疗依从性，而改善患者的生活质量，总体优势显著，值得临床推广和应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on breast cancer patients.Methods Sixty breast cancer patients who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) by digital random table method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing and patients in the observation group underwent routine nursing+psychological nursing intervention.The total treatment compliance, negative emotional score, patient satisfaction and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of knowledge of health knowledge between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).The scores of health knowledge awareness of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The health knowledge awareness score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The anxiety scores and depression scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The patient satisfaction scores in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for breast cancer patients can achieve ideal results.On the one hand, it can alleviate the negative emotions of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients；on the other hand, it can improve the patient′s treatment compliance, and thus improve the quality of life of patients, and the overall advantage is remarkable, is worth the clinical promotion and the application.
